"What an amazing vibe from start to finish. From the hotel staff to the bouncers downstairs and up on the rooftop, everyone was incredible and the hospitality was impeccable. I’ve stayed at hotels that charge 3x what PUBLIC charges, and the level of hospitality still doesn’t compare. Great energy, great people, and an amazing experience overall. Will definitely be back!"

"Nice spacious rooms. Very close, walking distance to Grand Central Station. Great opportunity to leave bags in storage while our room was not ready per the checkin time. Gave us time to explore NY without bags. Elevators were a bit slow, but manageable."
