They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their excellent service made a lasting impression. "Shout out to Rodrigo( server in the bar, lobby, and buffet area) who went out of his way to always smile, be helpful, and ensure our family felt welcomed at all times while visiting this beautiful hotel! It's employees like Rodrigo that really stand out and make a difference while the boss is not looking. Hopefully Rodrigo is acknowledged for a job well done because he really cares that guests receive topo notch service. The hotel is clean and very convenient. In addition, the beds are super comfortable and the A/C will make you never want the leave the room! Good job! Would recommend : )"
