"Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. "None of the room that I selected when made the reservation wasn’t available at check-in. The property is old and needs updates. I always check for bedbugs in every room. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. "06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. "Great stay for the price! Elevator did not work at first but they got it fixed."

"The hotel was clean, which is why I gave two stars. The hotel is outdated; the small fridge did not get really cold; the coffee pod was the wrong kind for the tiny machine. A bar of soap was the amenity. The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed. The coffee in the lobby looked like tea; no milk for the two cereal options; in short, how they can claim to provide breakfast is a mystery to me. The pool was gutted and awful to look at. "Prices are very reasonable and the majority of the staff were excellent. I did see there were a few staff that were not attentive to the patrons. I was very disappointed that they ran out of dairy creamer after my second day and made no attempt to remedy the problem. So needless to say I woke up, grabbed my keys and left the property to get my coffee each morning after they ran out. "Eat breakfast early to get the best choices of menu"
