The city view was nice.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
The only minor issue was that the shower room has no door. The toilet floor got very wet after showering. That caused inconvenience."

"We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. Staff were very quick to help move us to a quiet floor and they were very obviously aware of the problem so I can't complain about the staff but the manager needs to sort out the problem."
