"Upon arrival at 9:00 pm, there were very few cars in the parking lot. Walking into the building, there was a strong smell of incense. In the lobby, the furniture was very outdated and looked very dirty/warn. The pictures on your website are absolutely NOT what the rooms look like, and I'm sure the reviews on your site are fake. I was allowed to see the rooms before paying, and they were exactly like the lobby, disgustingly dirty and musty. We were in town for a funeral of a family member, and after driving for 6 plus hours, we were forced to find better lodging for our stay. This is what makes me very apprehensive of using sites such as yours to book important lodging/travel events."

"The breakfast was great! The room was clean. The toilet was previously clogged which I thought should have been noticed before we came. We had a 2 bedroom unit and that worked out great. Even though there was a lot of noise coming from the common room due to a kids hockey team being there, the bedrooms were situated in a way that we couldn’t hear the noise and we slept well."

"The shower was barely luke warm. Also, the room we requested got changed from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom (even though we paid in advance). Luckily, the staff was nice enough to comp an additional room, but we still ended up with 2 queens instead of the requested king bed."
