Room nicely renovated. Bathroom not so much. Shower was dirty, hairy, and had used washcloths hanging from the curtain rod. Electric outlet didn't work behind nightstand. No tissues.

Great service at front desk. Needed extra pillows and got them right away. Room was nice, neat and clean. King bed was comfortable. The breakfast was par, the usual items. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was OK. Could definitely use some updating. The floors in the suite were not cleaned recently with absolute certainty. The beds or somewhat questionable, considering the broken desk, chair and dirty floors and dirty couch. The refrigerator smelled awful where it had been closed for some time and shut off. In general, the front desk, staff were very polite and kept us from making any complaints as we appreciated them so much. We did have one person who has asked about towels, considering we had three adults one four-year-old and an infant in the suite, and only three towels available. When asking for additional towels as sometimes an infant or toddler may require those we were met with “we can’t just give you all the towels we have. You’re allowed one per person “. Our response was “well, there are only three towels, but five of us.” Response to that from the staff member was “so two towels.” Note, the final was a statement and not a question. The tone threw out was extremely rude, but we walked away. Did what we need to, and shared towels with the small children. I would recommend keeping the room clean, or checking everything out prior to guess arriving, especially if things may not have been used for a while, also suggest management to make a lap to ensure that proper housekeeping is performed. Finally, I would train all staff members not just front desk associates on how to be polite.

You get what you pay for
The mid october low that night was 44. The heater when we arrived after midnight was not on. 20 seconds after turning it on there was a burni g smell and the smoke alarm went off. Clearly this was the first use of the season. We kept it off and slept in a cold room. The next morning I explained the issue to the front desk women. She smugly told me exactly what I already knew and offered no apology much less compensation for a poor nights sleep. The hotel was crowded due to a nearby college football game. Why not service or air out the heaters when you already know there is an issue? Bargain basement facility and bargain basement management.

I do apologize, I should have apologized then I was extremely busy but that is excuse. We due pre-heat the rooms normally. Its just started getting cold this past week and a half. It should have been done and we will try not to let that happen in the future.

When I went to check in, a group of people in lawn chairs having a gathering outside blocking access to pull through under car port to check in. Room fine. Staff were fine. Skipped breakfast due to cleanliness. Hotel guest has no shoes on in breakfast area. Three rooms down from my room, people arginine loudly at 7am.

Everything was ok but the check in was a nightmare..Expedia took money of our acct and when we went to check in the gal at the front desk said we couldn't check in because Expedia took the money out. The gal at Expedia was a nightmare to work with ..we were tired and finally the hotel checked us in. Not what a mini vacation that I wanted!!! Expedia needs to get their act together and get people at your call center to speak English!!!! Will not use Expedia again No apologies from your end at all.
