"The keeper was friendly, informative and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was continental style. Filling. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. The pool was clean and temperature was comfortable. If we are ever in West Bend again we will stay here again! T here Wagonwheel resturant had fantastic roasted potatoes and 3 pieces of chicken with roll and coleslaw slaw for under $15.00 As strangers in a small town everyone we met was friendly."

"Clean room, maintained, typical hotel breakfast, staff was nice. My only gripe is the room was overpowering smell of cleaner. I've been on the road for a week so smelling lots of this, but this one was crazy. Usually you get use to it, within an hour or so, but I smelled this one till checkout. Sort of made me wonder if they were trying to cover up another smell, or if the cleaning staff had some spillage. I suspect that this was not their norm. The hall didn't smell like this."

"I’ve stayed here a handful of times, and have never had a bad experience. Each staff member I’ve interacted with across my stays has been very friendly and helpful, my rooms have always been clean, and I’ve enjoyed the pool. It’s also right next to a grocery store, which is convenient."
