Our room seemed clean at first, but we later found mold in the tub, a large hole in the bathroom ceiling (as well as a huge hole in the ceiling in the hallway), the floor was dirty and gritty, and the bed sheets had a rip. Best Western Pocatello Inn
The hot tub was broken. This was a shame as my husband has to have one each night after traveling after numerous surgeries last year. It was the number 1 search criteria for my booking. The room, staff, breakfast, pet friendly and everything else great!!!!
