"The carpet was dirty in the entire hotel and never vacuumed. The beds linens were never washed. The bathtub was filthy stains and dirty. Calling in the bathroom rusty and vanity had broken wood so you had to make sure not to brush up against it. I only saw a staff member when I took dirty towels ..."
