"Buena atencion"

"The staff was very friendly at check in and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and large with a good location in the city. They also held our luggage for a day while we did a hike into Colca Canyon. I desperately wanted to shower when we got back from the hike as we were headed on an overnight bus. I offered to pay to use a shower and be able to do this, but This they would not accommodate. I understand it may not be a normal request, but it would have been very nice!"

"The Hotel is very nice and clean. I arrived by Peru Hop bus at 5 am in the morning and they checked me in for half of the price which I was happy at the end and I swop breakfast for that morning as I was leaving next day at 3 am for Colca canyon trek. I could leave my staff in the room which I had again after 2 days on trek (for free). Great is a possibility to make a tea in your room or get it at the reception. "Le mobilier extérieur offrait différents niveaux d'ensoleillement et de confort. Fauteuils, divans, chaises longues etc. La terrasse pour le déjeuner (petit déjeuner pour les français) était magnifique avec vue sur les monts enneigés. L'établissement a été rénové mais à quelques endroits les murs et les plafonds fendillent ou la peinture boursoufle. Ils devraient pouvoir corriger cela par un entretien continu."
