"The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!"

"Hotel wygląda na nowy. Bardzo miła obsługa, śniadania bardzo dobre. Czysto. Jest sala z bilardem, barek i leżanki do odpoczynku. Jest też zewnętrzna sauna ale nie korzystaliśmy. Dają kupony zniżkowe do kanjpy i term. Jest też narciarnia z suszarką do butów. Korzystaliśmy, super."

"Foi uma estadia fantástica. A pousada é maravilhosa, limpeza impecável, arquitetura e interior encantadores. Nosso quarto e banheiro bastante espaçosos, cama confortável, e nossa vista da janela foi deslumbrante. Pousada extremamente familiar. "Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."
