"La struttura è bellissima e ricca di un fascino che trasporta indietro nel tempo. Si tratta però di un edificio antico e molto molto grande che necessiterebbe di investimenti ingenti. L'appartamento da me prenotato non era adatto ad una famiglia con bambini e il suo livello di manutenzione non era accettabile. Bellissimi gli ambienti comuni e buona la colazione. Le ragazze alla reception molto disponibili"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful! We enjoyed the hotub and took a quick dip in the underground pool! We enjoyed dinner at the hotel's Pearl restaurant which was delicious! And before we left, we dined on the explansive breakfast buffet."

"You are paying for the view!!!! This hotel was not worth the money spent in my opinion. The hotel staff was not very accommodating, though the restaurant staff was lovely. We had to bring our luggage up to our room and back down during check in and check out — no one even offered and trust me it was a hike to get it up there. Also they overcharged us at every turn. At their overpriced wine testing (which they were unprepared for our reservation, not set up and didn’t remember what we booked)...

"This is a great location in Siena, close to all the sights. Just a note that there is no elevator, but the front desk man kindly carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor which was great. My only challenge was that the room was very warm (25.3C), and there was no working fan to move air around. I did ask at the front desk, and apparently the system had not been activated, and the AC was not yet running. Therefore I had to have my windows open all night and there was road noise.
