"I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. "Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available."

"This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead."
