"Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room."

"I didn’t think it was possible to get catfished by a “hotel” but here we are. Calling this a hotel is a far stretch and I would categorize it more as a glorified Motel 6. During the so-called renovations, somebody made a mistake and placed the bathroom inside a closet. It’s so small that there’s no way for two people to be in there at the same time, and our toilet was not fully attached to the floor as it rattled side to side. "After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."

"Please maintain the dog grass area better. Cut down weeds and make a dedicated area for dogs."

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available."

"This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead."

"Likes: Beautiful property. Spacious comfortable room. Wet bar and fridge were a nice treat. Cozy bed. Big clean bathroom. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Complimentary coffee and tea at local cafe a plus. Dislikes: No one answered the phone when we call multiple times."

"Excellent location. Problems with remote check in: intermittent wireless connection made it impossible to use. The back up key access was a little fussy. In the past, a bottle of water was made available, but this was not the case this time, despite the high temperature. Toilet flushed poorly and became worse over the time of the stay."

"We had a great time in the cabin. It was well stocked, had a nice layout, and was bigger than expected. The bunk bed are creatively placed and reminiscent of a cubby hole. The property is undergoing upgrades to the public restrooms so it will be even better soon. "
