"Just stayed one night passing through. I hate couldn’t stay more!! The Room 8 was wonderful. On the end at the pool, great parking, wonderful view. So cute inside. Rose did a wonderful job cleaning the room. And Holly had a beautiful breakfast laid out in the morning!! Love, love!!!"

"Quaint? Old roadside motel converted for rental rooms. Third party management, no staff on site, difficult to complete confirmation after reservation through Expedia. On positive side: very close to activities and attractions"

"The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable."

"Non-smoking room had cigarette burn marks all over the bathroom. We purchased this location because I had a pool but they decided to open the pool later so it wasn’t even available. The room was completely worn down and in bad shape with sheets, thin comforter. The garbage can outside our door was overfilled to the point we had fruit flies in our room. The icemaker was extremely dirty, which we feel is what made us very sick. Extremely disappointed in Howard Johnson for the quality of this...

"Woke up early morning to a dripping sound (never figured out where it was coming from) And then the doors shut very loud. The doors in the building are heavy and loud when they close. Other than that nice stay"

"Water pressure in both showers was really low. Ice in freezer drops and freezes to make a big clump. The ice maker made a loud knocking sound several times. We had to unplug fridge several times. Convenient parking! Nice room."
