"Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

"Overall clean hotel, staffs problem solving skills need brushing up on. Location is decent, but members are often not thanked for being a member or given a gift bag at check in."

"Was given 1st floor room by the elevator. It was SO loud with everyone talking as the came in and out of it both PM and AM. The shower water pressure was awful. Very very weak. and the bed sheets smelled musty. The mattress was also sunken in."

"The property was adequate, fairly clean. It is a bit aged, but they do their best to show a clean front. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic!! Breakfast was very good and nicely supplied for variety. The pool was not as clean as I would have liked, it was cloudy. The staff were wonderful and quick to accommodate!!’"

"The hotel was diguusting from the literal s**t smeared on the wall to the paint peeling in the door. The spider in the sink and lastly the blood in the mattress. The staff are dismissive and pass the problem along. The manager Eddie , is a liar and very unhelpful. Promised a refund and room service , neither came. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. I wish I slept in my car."
