"Positive: room was clean. Negatives: pool not heated nor likely to be soon. Heater/AC on wall cheap, made huge noise, 50 db according to my phone. Turned on every 5 minutes. At least it drowned out noisy refrigerator. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all day, drinking beer, smoking weed, playing loud rap music. Seems like some of them live there full time. Mattresses cheap quality, like sleeping on a bag of rocks. Usually Best Western facilities are fairly good, but not...

"This is a quaint and tidy "motel" style facility (since each room has an entry to the outside). Super quiet (even though is not far off the 101), and there's a great Italian restaurant not far (about 1 mile). I will definitely be back if I'm visiting in Marin county, and highly recommend it to anyone. Seemed very safe as well (lots of residential all around)."

"This was just an average room in an expensive area. For the price you pay, you'd expect free car parking and breakfast, but no. They cater to people going to the Sonoma Racetrack, as RV's and trucks get free parking. The room was almost motel 6 quality. No slow close toilet lid, cracks in 5 of the tiles above the bathtub sealed with silicone and food particles between the wall and the nightstand. The "sofa sleeper"? That's a joke."

"The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that."

"The room was clean and modern. The staff at the front were welcoming as well. Parking was convenient as this is a smaller property and you’re able to park in front of your room to make loading very convenient. "

"Wasn't aware of a breakfast so have no idea if it actually is avaliable. Lots of flying insects in room. Rusty and old fixtures in bathroom. Broken coffee maker. Beds are older and need replaced."

"The room and bedding seemed clean, but the furnishings in my 2nd floor room were worn and need refreshing. I told the front desk my fridge wasn't working and it was replaced before I got back that evening. The restaurant was almost full for their Wednesday night prime rib special."

"This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath. They did this on purpose to get guests pay 2) The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Some of them don’t even speak English and don’t know how to answer my simple question such as where’s...
