"If I didn't bring a car I would give this place full marks. There is not enough parking for all guests and the alternative is an open air carpark several minutes walk away. We got lucky though, but did have to pay $20 per night, not great when our original search filtered for included parking.

"On the plus side: the location is hard to beat - amazing and energetic neighborhood, lots of food options, not far from the Metro in two directions. Less noisy than we would have expected. On the minus side: We got the sense that the property was recently renovated and not all the bugs have been worked out. "Such a great place to stay! Central to everything, so many restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Such a lively part of the city. The other hotel guests were great as well. We really enjoyed the hot tub and loved the whole stay. Thank you!"

"Staff very helpful at checkin.
Room was spacious with good kitchen facilities although 2 of the 4 rings on cooker did not work. This was reported but as we were there for only 2 nights it was still outstanding when we checked out. Bathroom was fine with toiletries provided.
If you have a car it needs to be less than 5'5" height otherwise will not fit in the underground carpark. However the hotel has an arrangement with another hotel 5 minute walk away where headroom is 2m. Cost of Can$25 per...
