Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing.
We never received the check-in instructions, and when we arrived, there was absolutely no one available to assist us. We tried every possible way to reach the property — phone calls, emails, and text messages — but received no response.

"This is a wonderful, beautiful property with very supportive staff and ownership. Everything is extremely clean and well kept. The building is well secured and feels safe. All modern touches, stylish and functional. It was great to have the ability to do laundry - clean, modern equipment and supplies too, and free to use (i.e. not coin machines)! That really came in handy since we had been on the road for 2 weeks!

"This place has potential, but the owner needs to fix the security issue with the front door. Another traveller reported that the front door doesn’t lock (meaning anyone can walk in and up to the apartment area), so it wasn’t a surprise, but it’s not great that this hasn’t been treated as a priority.
