"Booked last minute on Expedia due to flight cancellation. When arriving at midnight front desk clerk tells me the power has been disrupted and they could not take Expedia reservations. Told her it was non refundable and all hotels at DTW were sold out. Her attitude was terrible and she was going to kick me out after a long horrible day in the middle of the night.
