"Room was ok for for stay but water was cold for the shower. Reported twice, but unfortunately no change in the water temperature. Breakfast room was busy & food items not replaced as required."

"You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. Holding fixtures in the shower were broken - no place to put your soap or shampoo. Freezer dirty with leftovers inside. The toilet did not flush! Had to remove toilet tank lid and operate the flapper valve by hand as the chain was broken. Asked for a discount on the room the next morning. Was told the manager (Ishan) was not there...
