"The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. Also, there was a constant cow noise the whole night and we were unable to sleep. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative. I am really disappointed with my stay here."

"VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE STAFF: rooms 512 and 514 below pool were noisy during day. dust mites or other insect caused bites so moved to 4th floor room and no further problems. management assured me old room would be thoroghly cleaned. very nice breakfast included. menu reasonably priced. staff friendly and helpful. travel package servuces reasonably priced and very helpful. cleaning crew abundant and helpful."

"A great option close to the Lakeside action. Our rate included breakfast, which was delicious. Kind staff and very clean rooms. Affordable and a good value. The spa connected with the hotel is great two; I had two massages that were great."
