Hotel murah di Polan

"I can’t comment on the hotel as I didn’t end up staying there due to booking the wrong place incidentally. What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia. This can happen to any of us at times, and as a world traveller, I can say this shows great integrity on behalf of the hotel. Thank again to the staff ! Well done 👏"

"The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places...

"Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve. Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped. Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

"Very friendly and helpful reception team. Great location in the old town. The terrace on the roof has great views and is a must for photos! The hotel is stylish and has a beautiful sense of its history. Thoroughly recommend!"

"This Parador has a view of Toledo to behold. Perched on a hill from across the city, one gets breathtaking vistas. The restaurant and terrace attract lots of visitors. Ask for a room in one of the wings as our room was right above the restaurant and terrace. While spacious with a view of the city, the dining conversations below our window and the lack of privacy impeded what would have been a very nice stay."

"Excellent stay, the hotel is well located near the train station. Toledo is a an old medieval city so the hotel was closer to the bottom of the incline meaning to get to the main areas it is a 10 minutes walk uphill on the main road. We loved our stay i will say if you are a light sleeper to request a room not directly in front of the elevator/stairs because you will hear noise pretty well. I had earplugs at night and my parents are hearing impaired so it didn’t bother us. Otherwise super clean...
