"Too much noise because there is no soundproofing at all. I had to share a toilet with 3 other people. Every time one of them had to go to the toilet, I was woken up by the noise. When someone in the room next to mine talked on the phone, it felt like they were talking in my room because the walls seemed like they were made of paper or cardboard. It felt like I was sleeping in a shared room even though I had my own. I would not recommend "Fantastic Inn" at all if you want to get your sleep."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2.
