"The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!"

"Stayed for two nights in room 1. Staff were fantastic. Lovely breakfast on both days. Nice meal sitting outside in the sun. The wi fi was very good which is important as the phone service is non existent in this area. The village is quiet and picturesque."

"Brilliant fridge like AC!!! Reception area v modern and clean. Room good size, modern, clean. very nice Excellent breakfast with exceptional staff both days. Big car park though only 2 x EV chargers, one VERY slow 1st night and didnt work at all 2nd night, so dont reply on these!! "

"Convenient location to Gatwick airport. Our family room has probably been vacant for a while since we could see the dust on the small table and on the surface where the kettle was. However, our overall stay have been pleasant, staff friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price."
