"When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest, it was disgusting. The cleaner came and cleaned after we contacted the owner, we asked for a full refund as it was not what we paid for pictures did not represent the apartment well. The only saving grace was the owner being so kind and understanding."

The place was rustic to say the least. The shower was tiny with faucets that didn't shut off...leaked all night. The bathroom sink faucets also didn't shut off. "Part of the problem I had was me. I booked a room through Expedia and didn't notice that they only had one guest down. I booked with the spa package. When my wife and I went to the spa to book a time for the spa we found out that had only said there would be one person in the room so only one spa package.
