We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very responsive; they met us at the parking lot and took us to the place after we parked. The property had a town view, is 5 min walk to the LM beach, a hot tub, and breakfast delivered to the room. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place. We had a room with a private jacuzzi on the top floor - so wonderful to get home after a long day walking and enjoy the private pool. The staff were incredible- always willing to help and with recommendations. A huge thank you to Claudio who made us so welcome and also Alexia - first class service The train station is only a 10 minute walk and trains to Monopoli are cheap at £2 each way and only a 5 minute journey This hotel is high quality and we will definitely return

As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. So thank you Musae Relais & Spa!!

Excellent service friendly and professional from Enza & Claudio , breakfast was so good and prepared freshly by Amazing team !! The rooms are just ok , average for the high price , noisy as they are at street level , not sound proof , air conditioning not performing well , rooms are very clean , no closets , Breakfast room accommodate only 3 couples otherwise you have breakfast in your room Overall nice experience, very well located Thank you for all the staff for their hospitality and help

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had a very serene comfortable vibe. I slept great but it was noisy on the street until around midnight but that just is the norm being right in the city and having the room just off the street. Still it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding in May. The penthouse was very nice and modern, especially the outdoor decking and hot tub, which was ready to use upon arrival. The penthouse was not actually at the location of the hotel though, but a few streets away. However, the staff helped us with our luggage to our apartment on a golf buggy. The property itself is a shared apartment building with residential properties underneath the penthouse. The room was up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift, so just bear this in mind when booking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was beautiful and brought directly to our room every morning. The apartment was generally clean however there was mould in the bathroom upon arrival and stagnant water left in the kettle from previous guests. We travelled with a baby which we added onto the booking at a later date. We were told there would be no extra cost for this on the phone, then when we arrived at the property were charged an additional €120 hidden cost which was very disappointing. Overall, the stay was nice and the apartments are very close to the centre, so all the main attractions are within walking distance.

We booked this hotel based on the location being in the historic district of Poligniano. However, on the day of our arrival we received a message to meet the attendant at a different address. The address took us to an apartment building on a busy street in the periphery of town. Since we were arriving after hours, we assumed we were meeting someone to pick up the keys to our room. But instead we were told that our room is in the apartment building, which we had arrived at and had no elevator and 63 steps to the room. Needless to say, we were shocked and confused, but the attendant kept apologizing and saying that is the only room that can accommodate 3 people. For breakfast they offered to bring some cream filled pastries to our room. We asked if we could at least come to the hotel to eat a proper breakfast, but that was not possible either. As conciliation we were told we can go to the pastry shop next door to have cream filled pastries instead. Who the heck eats pastries for breakfast!!? Even getting a proper parking was an ordeal but they finally caved and said we could park in the staff parking lot for free. The one positive thing I will say is that the staff seemed genuinely embarrassed about the situation and they were trying to make it right. This could’ve all been avoided if the description of the place was accurately stated on Expedia.

This is an odd highly fractured property with rooms scattered at different levels and places of the building - while the room was clean and orderly it was at ground level at a corner and when people walked by it felt like they were speaking literally at the end our bed The safe in our room needed to be reset twice The room lacked standard amenities like an espresso machine and a kettle. Breakfast was served in a tiny room with only 6 cramped seats (but it was a decent breakfast) Finally we arranged for parking as the b&b is in the historic city - they were supposed to pick us up via golf cart but once we arrived we were informed that the golf cart was not available The next morning was better as the person on duty made sure the golf cart was actually available Overall great location - clean and orderly rooms - but overall it feels like it is over billed relative to the

이탈리아 괜찮은 휴양형 숙소예요~ 스파도 좋았고 침대도 편안했습니다. 다만 숙소내에 와인잔 말고는 컵조차도 없었고 무엇보다도 저희 숙소가 4층 높이인데 짐을 들어 올리기가 너무 너무 힘들었어요. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 그리고 전기 포트와 커피 메이커가 너무 지저분하고 석회 덩어리가 바닥에 뭉쳐 있어서 사용할 수가 없었어요. 이탈리아 남부의 특성을 고려한다고 하더라도 많이 아쉬운 부분이네요. 파티오에 있는 월풀은 좋았고 숙소내의 욕실은 많이 좁고 다소 불편했습니다

Struttura di alta qualità, attrezzata per far passare un soggiorno di livello, soprattutto se si è in coppia, abbiamo preso la suite con la jacuzzi in veranda, utilizzabile anche d'inverno essendoci la possibilità di chiudere le vetrate ed acqua riscaldata. Lo staff è cortese e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. La posizione vicino al centro rende molto comodo uscire senza macchina

Love this place

Musae Relais & Spa in Polignano a Mare was an absolute highlight of our trip! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. We got great dining recommendations both nights and loved every place they suggested. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge variety and eggs cooked to order right there—perfect for starting the day. The staff went above and beyond. We were a group of 9, and they rearranged the breakfast room so we could all sit together, which made it so much more special. They even took care of receiving and storing some boxes for us, which was super convenient. The owners were hands-on and helped out during breakfast, making us feel at home. The front desk team was amazing, handling everything so smoothly that we could just relax and enjoy. Highly recommend Musae Relais & Spa—it’s the kind of place you want to come back to!
