"The front desk staff is atrocious. I will start with that. They are dismissive, rude, and condescending. If you are not an RCI member, they treat you like common rabble. The rate for the room is unbeatable though. Once you get to your room, they are very nice. Having dishes and a full size fridge is amazing. They did a movie night in the pool until 10:30 pm on full echoing blast so if you choose a poolside room I would reconsider if you enjoy sleep or if you have young children. The movie was BLARING. All in all this is a solid hotel to enjoy that is close to the parks and very well worth the price for the size of the rooms and the accommodations."
