"First time in Cornwall. Brilliant new owners have just taken over the pub - given a fantastic welcome, really friendly and a great breakfast. Wish them well for the future."

"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. "I stayed 1 night at Kingshead. The hotel is relatively new built and does not as such have historical charm. It was decorated and equipped very well and in a nice way. Thew room was spacious , tasteful and well equipped. The bed was a large and the duvet large enough for 2 people which isn't always the case. "We’ve just had a fantastic stay at Sea Barn and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Sarah was an amazing host from start to finish and made us feel so welcome. The property was spotless, relaxing, and extremely well maintained throughout. Everything we needed was provided, including thoughtful extras like food and milk waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing — perfect for relaxing...
