"The outside terrace was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful . Mario deserves extra credit for his hospitality and going out of his way to help us with directions and our breakfast offering. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and although the drop coffee ran out Mario kindly made us a couple of cappuccinos. Our only issue was noise from pipes and upstairs that sounded like someone was pressure washing. We were notified at the front deal that it was an issue with tenants in the building. "

"Breakfast was very good, staffs were very nice, room is small but clean. The location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. But no elevator. If your are young people, it is a very good hotel to stay, but if you are a old man with heave lugguet, you may not select this hotel."

"Lovely property with courteous, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a one bedroom with pvt shower/toilet and fully equipped kitchen/living area. Sleeps 4 with signed in living room. Convenient location to Tram 28 and 15-20 minute walk to subway. Will stay again when next in Lisbon…for longer we hope! Thanks Laura and Andreia"
