"It’s hotel.com not the actual property that made my experience annoying. At check it was unclear if I paid or not, it took a hour to check in because of this. Then they charged me at check in and then again when I checked out which then put my account negative. It’s 4 days later and my accounts still negative and nothing has been accommodated because it wasn’t even the hotels fault. Even my bank could verify it was hotel.com not the hotel."

"I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was super easy getting to the pool, and breakfast and to my truck. There was even room to park my trailer safely. The family of staff were always kind and attentive during my stay. The breakfast was better than the average hotel with fresh made items and a waffle maker. The rooms are very nice, clean, and for anyone who likes to watch TV they had a very nice selection of channels. wi-fi was $4.95 daily for fast speed, and I think they had free as well. I highly recommend to anyone passing through to stay. "

"Although they allowed my dog in this instance for a 30$ fee, they informed me they no longer accept pets. After seeing the room, I'm not sure why they would care... debris on the floor as well as the bed, a coat of dust on the head board and an unlikable smell throughout the room. There was a fridge that was off with the door closed, it was plugged into an outlet that needed to be turned on by a switch over 6' away. Unfortunately, it was damp and smelly as well. We sat in the room about 1and1/2hrs, long enough to find a different hotel to stay turned in our key and left. Having to forfeit about 112$."

"Breakfast was good, many options. Seemed like they have tried to make updates but starting to need fixes. Initially the room they put us in was so strong smelling for smoke that we needed to request a room change. The staff was very nice about this and the next room had no issues with smell. Pool floor was cracking and there were chunks left by the pool side. Used the sauna and that was really nice. "
