"The units are above a restaurant, owned by the same owners. The rooms are HUGE and spacious, newly renovated and clean with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable with nice pillows that don't go immediately flat. Even has a hot water kettle which was great for my sick daughter. Seriously, we have no concerns about this place. This is a 4-star place at a 1-star price. We would stay again!"

"We chose this place to be close to Pompei and Vesuvius, and avoid having to pay for parking elsewhere. Parking space available but quite tight. Helpful welcome on arrival. Location was just 10 mins walk from entrance to Pompei site entrance. Kitchen had enough equipment for our stay and washing machine very useful. "We traveled to the area with friends who had booked at a different hotel just down the street from Il Vecchio Fauno. We stayed here (there was no vacancy at the hotel where our friends were), and were pleased with the experience. Our room was spacious, had a lovely balcony to sit on and look out over a boulevard, and the bed was comfortable.
