"The property check in desk was a bit difficult to figure out and no place to stop to get out and find the check in desk (which is in the restaurant under the hotel de luc). Also no privacy blinds in the bathroom (so watch out at night). However, the apartment was awesome!!!! Great views, right in the center of the plaza. It was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient. All very affordable as well. We would definitely stay again."

"Splendido hotel ristorante ad un passo dal Lago di Como e facile da raggiungere sia con l'auto sia con il la linea ferroviaria Trenord che parte da Milano Cadorna. "Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "Dette er ikke et hotell, men apartments. Det er ingen skilter e.l. som gjorde det litt vanskelig å finne. Det finnes ingen resepsjon, så man må ringe og avtale ankomst. Selve komplekset hvor leilighetene er befinner seg i gangavstand fra gamlebyen, men er i et litt kjedelig område av Como. Men, god service og fin, ren leilighet.
