"We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. Quite small but with so much parisian character, style and history. Our room had a view of Eiffel Tower and nothing tops that! 😀 The hotel manager, Sanja, was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations on local attractions and food options and has been so welcoming and warm. She found out that it was my birthday during our stay and had our room decorated with balloons and a beautiful card as a surprise. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience an athentic parisian lifestyle."

"Had a great stay! Only problem was the one elevator was broken so it took 10+ mins to get an elevator to the 22 floors Also they don’t clean rooms, you have to ask for new towels (they let you switch them out one time), and we could’ve used extra blankets"

"Hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Lobby is quite small and no amenities but there is a nice cafe next door. Rooms are pretty small. We stayed for one night which was fine but not recommended for long stays bc the property is quite small."

"The space was very small but functional enough. There were out of date signs saying free water bottles were available on your first day, but when I asked the staff they said no. The beds were comfortable, however the room was surface cleaned only - they didn’t not pick up things behind the bed or clean the sink. Also, we had to ask for more toilet paper and lotion etc was not provided. We also asked for recommendations and the staff didn’t have much to share. I wish they took a bit more ownership and provided restaurant suggestions. They were always pleasant but definitely not concierge level service. The stairs are plentiful, so don’t forget anything in the room! Also, air conditioning worked great in the room but our bathroom window didn’t close and it was quite hot. The shower was comically small."

"The Plaza is the gold standard of Parisian luxury. All of the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful -- I don't know how they do it, but they know the guests by name when they see you, they greet you personally, and any requests are met promptly."
