AC in Paris ! Amazing ! But this place was beautiful! The rooms were amazing as well as the pool and spa ! Spent a lot of time relaxing and what an amazing and peaceful experience.

The apartment/hotel was well Appointed. Loved having a kitchenette, washer/dryer combo. I do wish that they would offer breakfast service. We traveled with our two grandchildren and took them down to The pool. The pool seemed to be primarily for spa quests. The kids couldn’t have fun in the pool because we felt as though we would disturb the spa quests. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Jean and Marissa went above and beyond. Felt so welcome upon check in and Marissa helped me get transportation to the airport on a very high traffic day. AC was amazing during the heatwave and everything in the apartment felt luxurious yet comfortable. The spa was sublime

Everything you could possibly need and more, wished we could stay longer to enjoy the apartment and surrounding areas more. Great location for all your sightseeing with most everything being within an hours walk or a quick metro ride. Very easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord station using metro system too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were also able to check us in early which we were very grateful for. Thank you for having us

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved that it had a pool and we loved that it was easy walking distance to everything. Good coffee shops and lots of dining options nearby.

Our stay at Black Door was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to cater to our crazy requests to retrieve a lost cell phone. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris. Thanks to all the staff for being so accommodating and kind.

Excellent property. Very well kept. Property was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Apparently was spacious and well kept as well. Located in a nice and quiet area close to all your shopping needs. Grocery store down the road, and a variety of eateries along the way. Highly recommend this property. Will be staying here again the next time My family and I are in Paris.

First time in Europe and Paris was our last stop. This was the best place we decided to stay due to its walking distance, proximity to top places you’d be recommended to visit. Using taxi services would not be a long ride also. The first thing that stood out when you receive a tour of your stay is the wonderful aroma of your apartment and cleanliness of the space. I felt like a local. The bed was AMAZING to sleep on after a day of activities and to prep for a lengthy flight. It was surely a plus to get to do laundry within the apartment so to have one less task when you get back home. All employees you interact with are customer service oriented and front desk provide you with all the information you need to contact them 24/7. If you have any questions or are booking for multiple guests, review their direct website or call them to ensure you book everything correctly. There was a small confusion that ended up working out for the best for my party but I concluded it was a matter of better wording needed on this platform. Also, this location does not offer shuttle services so hopefully this platform can remove that note by the time you read this. I would highly recommend staying here especially if it’s your first time in Paris. I traveled for leisure but this would also be a top pick for me if ever traveling for work as well and I have the option to stay wherever I prefer. I appreciate Travelocity offering the location as an option to stay as it’s a hidden gem.

The property was clean, the staff was very helpful, having a kitchenette was great and the air conditioning in my room worked well but the air conditioning in my son’s room was not reliable. We had to have a technician come to his room several times because the apartment would get hot even though the temperature control was on 16 Celsius which is the lowest setting. It was very hot in Paris while we were there so the ac not working well was a real problem. The other thing that was disappointing is that the property advertises having a swimming pool. Although there is a pool it is for the spa users. We were not told that we can’t use the pool but when we went to use it with our grandchildren the women at the spa were not pleased. We weren’t offered towels and didn’t feel welcomed. We had to keep the children quiet since there were people relaxing in the spa lounge chairs and there was relaxing music playing. Needless to say it was a big disappointment for us since it was something we looked forward to doing with the kids after a day of touring in the heat. The black door has a good location and we felt safe but it’s definitely not for young families.

Amazing stay with very friendly and helpful staff and concierge. Booked a 2 br apartment and it was ideal with a full kitchen, washing machine, full fridge and two bathrooms. Living room was nice for the family to hang out. An added bonus is that they take security very seriously with multiple codes to enter the main door, the lobby, and the door to the elevator.
