"We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. "Bit of an issue getting into the property as we arrived quite late but thought the pub would still be open. Sorted out quickly without a problem though. Room was really good, comfortable, clean with all we needed for a good night's sleep. Owner seems to have considered what was required really well. Breakfast was excellent & catered for all tastes. "This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend."
