Hotel dekat Taman Poole

"Kind and friendly owner/host. Lovely old house with original artworks, minutes from the quay."

"The location, cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff."

"The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when were stranded due to the storm and needed to extend our stay. The hotel was clean and facilities were perfect for our stay- thank you!"

"OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great."

"Nice clean room, delicious English breakfast highly recommend"

"The Knoll House Hotel is a charming hotel which was once a personal residence. It has a lot of history and is in a delightful location overlooking the sea. There are several comfortable seating areas of various sizes and styles. The restaurant is very large and the food and service is very good. The breakfasts are particularly enjoyable with a plentiful range for self-service. The outdoor swimming pool was heated, despite it being October when we stayed there. There is also a small indoor pool...

"The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Second stay, again excellent all round"

"Beautiful hotel - good location - by the beach - nice room - good spa"

"Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Good location."

"I have given a low score because I booked for breakfast and a superior room. There was no breakfast and our bathroom was across the corridor which would have been ok but the shower just trickled out there were instructions due to low pressure but it was cold in there and couldn’t have a full shower. The bins were not emptied and tea and coffee not replaced there was milk sachets left which had been opened. The room was so small it was difficult for me and my husband to comfortably get ready...

"Everything was perfect and it’s close to town"

"Free breakfast but crockery wasn't clean. Lovely views of the sun over the sea with spacious family rooms,"

"Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend"
