"We had a comfortable one night stay. Our room was clean and tidy and breakfast was excellent. The staff where very friendly. You need a car to get around (although we did not need to investigate public transport)."

"A real treat for us as we don't normally go for places like this. Wonderful building and an excellent 2 night stop-over on a week long tour. Everything you might expect from such a hotel and the thing we will remember most were the staff. It is clear that the training regime is first class and this showed throughout."

"Such a lovely hotel , amazing view of the river , was given a upgrade wow it was a 2 bedroom apartment floor to ceiling window in lounge to relax and watch the boats sail by what more could we ask for . The food was all delicious, we had breakfast , lunch and dinner , staff were all very friendly . The hydropool in spa was relaxing everywhere was clean . There were a couple of niggles in the room , the bed was making creaking noises every movement which was a bit annoying so maybe the bedstead...

"A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value."
