"This was our third stay at Sandy Balls. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly and the units are always spotless. We have a welcome gift for our dog (which is much appreciated!) and the facilities are great on site (the restaurants and pool). Some of the other residents were not so great, but that is to be expected on any UK staycation type place - unless you have the entire place to yourself, there are always people that don't get along. "The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well."
