"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Good room quiet. Grumbles: Toilet in room didn’t clear bowl when flushed. Waste plug on basin very stiff to use Scrambled eggs for breakfast poor No port in bar."

"The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole."
