"I booked this place because of the cleanliness reviews I kept seeing. HAIR ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Under the sheets, all over the floor, in the shower, imbedded in the towels…. everytime I used a lint roller I found new hair that wasn’t mine. Absolutely disgusting! I also had to kill two bugs within the first few hours of our stay. Completely disappointed. "

"Parking was easy and secure. The Bell men were so helpful and friendly. We won at the Casino and the food at the Den ( 9th floor ) was my favorite."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a strong weed smell in the non smoking rooms. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The biggest issue was safety! After me and my husband came in from a night out a little after midnight, the police was called bc there was a man breaking into cars and slashing tires. I will never stay here again"

"The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation....

"I loved everything about this place. It has a very lux atmosphere, but yet laid back and comfortable. I loved my room, the whole hotel smells amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to stay here again!"
