"Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. "My room was delayed and had to wait longer than expected"

"Property under major renovation and not once was it mentioned on line or anywhere else. Literally walked through power tools, tarps, construction workers to get to the elevator. Our room appeared to have been renovated already but smelled like bug spray. The refrigerator was warm. The coffee maker didn't have an accessible outlet to plug it in and the people who were sent to assist in resolving any of this did not speak English and were trying to translate on an app. We could still not...

"This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it’s very old and run down. The price is too high for this kind of quality. The rooms are very out dated, bed sheets are literally dirty and stained. The bath tubs needs serious replacement and the sink doesn’t drain properly which overflows.
