"We had a hard time getting staff to answer at the front desk. We finally went down to the desk and found them sleeping in the back room. It was between 11 & midnight, they had a note on the desk stating they would be back shortly. We woke them up when we turned the light on in the laundry room."

"Cabin was clean, but beds weren’t so great. Mattresses were pretty hard. Also, a small table, or even a chair would have nice to put things on. All that was in the room was one small nightstand for only one of the two beds. Be aware that Hotels.com makes it look like you are booking an actual motel room, with an 11am checkout, however we were given a cabin, with instructions that cabin check was 10am. Didn’t think that was too cool "
