"The beds were outstandingly comfortable along with the bedding. However the door to the balcony was visibly out of square which let us know the property is aging, and the sofa chair in the room was not comfortable at all, the cushion sloped noticeably forward making the chair very uncomfortable to sit in. However, this is the 4th time my husband and I have stayed at your hotel in the last 11 months and we really do like staying at the Doubletree! The location is fantastic, we get a great night sleep and the rooms are always clean and your staff is always very friendly and helpful. "

"It's an older hotel, very clean with plenty of space. The staff and amenities were so-so. The area near the hotel was really nice with restaurants and shopping a 5 minute walk. The fishing and charter boat piers are about a ten minute drive. For an overnight stay it was exactly what we needed."

"We checked in and the Room was damp, floor boards was raised at the ends from the dampness. No air filtration system in the rooms and felt like I was out of oxygen. We immediately asked reception to move us and they change our room to another room exactly the same so we decided to cancel our reservation and try and find another place. We found a room at residence inn at Wallnut creek and room was decent."
