The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth!
