"Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. "Much of the floor laminate tiles were coming up. Many of them were taped down with clear duct tape. It was a tripping hazard. Bed and bathroom was clean. "
