"The customer service was exceptional, very friendly & accomodating staff who will do anything they can to make you stay an ejoyable. The only bad thing was drainage in the shower as the tiles were not laid properly so you had to close the water taps so as not to flood the shower room. Apart from that really enjoyed my stay."

"The Crown has comfortable and clean rooms and is safe. There’s good food in the restaurant and it is reasonably priced. The staff is accommodating and will work with you to help you if you have any problems. Great place to stay!"

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."
