"Even tho staff was nice. I rate this a 1 star. I disliked my stay, couldn’t wait till the night was over to leave. I had asked for a non smoking room and it smell like smoke as soon as I walked into room. Bedsheets were dirty. Seemed like someone was in that room before we arrived. Did not enjoy my stay at all! "

"Very good hotel except one of the towels had a black greenish stain and the hallway walls were a bit scratched and chipped. Other then that everything was great and close to everything. Loved the location. "

"The hotel is a bit outdated you can definitely tell. I stayed for 3 nights, and overall it wasn’t my best experience. The pillows were extremely soft and would completely deflate, which made it hard to sleep. I’m not sure if it was the bed or the pillows, but I didn’t get much rest. You can also hear noise from neighboring rooms pretty clearly. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and there was a noticeable chlorine smell when showering. "I paid $144 for the tiniest room and bathroom in a terrible part of town. They charge an additional $50 at check in that they say will be refunded but I’m still waiting to be."

"Clean rooms, great breakfast, convenient location! The suite was large with two entrances to the RR, which made it convenient for privacy."

"Paid for 2 rooms with kitchenettes because I was on vacation with 5 kids & didn’t want to eat out the entire time. 1 of the rooms the fridge didn’t work & the stoves didn’t get hot enough to cook. They also had a trash room by one of my rooms & it smelt so bad & carpet was dirty by it. There was a few roaches as well. Staff has good customer service "
