"Upon check in, found there was no shampoo in container in shower. Told front desk. Was handed two small travel shampoos with assurance container would be replaced or filled next day. Next day, container still empty."

"We have come here twice now while in town for the weekend. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. We will be here often during our travels to this town. Thank you for providing an excellent stay while we are exhausted from our travels."

"Our stay was disappointing overall. Our first room was 83°F, and after an hour it had only cooled to 78°F. We were moved to another room, but had to pack everything up and bring it to the front desk, only to find the new room was just three doors down. It would have been much easier if we had simply been given the new room number.
The ice machine was broken, the sink was extremely loose, the floors were dirty, and the “queen” beds were noticeably smaller than expected. The large bathroom only...

"Gym was closed. There’s no vending machines. The bedding on one bed was filthy and smelled like arm pits. The carpet was sticky and felt awful. Hair in shower. Only shower. Tub filler was stuck up. Reeked of skunk weed."
