"The main complaint was the outlets. They would not hold our plugs for charging our devices. I realize Port Townsend is a resort/tourist town but $200/ night for this place seems a bit high for really NO amenities. Enjoyed the town though!"

"The room was a very nice surprise. Great condition and clean! What a great view, right on the water! Location was perfect for dining and shopping, and a whale watch tour in Puget Sound! Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is an old brick building that is decorated from the turn of the century. Common rooms as you pass from floor to floor and wind through the building. Very cozy and interesting. And you step right out to Main Street and the bay. We would highly reccomend The Palace as a unique and fun experience."

"This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area."

"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. "It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. "I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. "We have stayed at the oxford many time and always enjoy ourselves close to everything love it would stay again"

"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent.
