This property has just been remodeled. The breakfast had a nice selection. It was a comfortable stay.

This property was undergoing renovation during my stay in May 2024. My room had already been updated and it was clean and modern. I also liked the blackout shade, free parking and convenience to a gas station with a market to purchase snacks. The lobby was shabby and in disarray because it was in the midst of the remodel. Neither the elevator nor the laundry facilities were updated yet, and there was only a single washer and dryer. The washer ate quarters without giving proper credit.

The property is currently being renovated. While several of the common areas are under construction (e.g., the lobby and dining room), the sleeping rooms have been updates with new carpet, new paint, and new furniture.

Was under renovation. Apparently the rooms were done but there were flaws in the bathroom: door would not stay open , toilet seat was not fastened properly and was unsafe , stopper in the sink was missing. Workman were everywhere and the view from our room was a dumpster.

The hotel was under renovation and could not provide the room. The manager made a reservation for my wife and I at the Best western next to their hotel for the same price. It was close to 11 pm and we did not have time to look around so we accepted. The room there was not as nice as the photo of the room we had reserved. The breakfast was horrible. They did not even have milk to go with the cereal. We had reserved for 2 nights because we wanted to visit the historic site of Savannah. At 2 pm we decided to come back to the hotel and cancell for the second night because we wanted to travel back home sooner. The check out time was at 11 am and the check in was at 15:00. We arrived at the hotel at 14:45 and they charged us 75$ to cancell the reservation. That was very cheap on their part as they had at that time 18 rooms vacant. I do not recommend the place . Expedia should make sure that when a room is offered for rent that the hotel is able to respect it’s engagement.

Even thou this hotel was under major remodeling inconvienances, the staff was helpful and cognenial, its location near I-95 highway made it a bit noisy, however we were still able to enjoy a restful night in a clean room, breakfast was good.

The property is under construction as they are remodeling. Although they try to limit noise and keep the property clean, our room had no baseboard and no vending/ice machines on our floor. They should let people in advance that they are remodeling.

They are under renovation and never indicated as such. Any hotel under Reno should indicate that on their site so we can decide to go there or book another place. It was messy dirty and smelly. I know we have a small dog so we received a pet friendly room ( for 75 USD 😡) but this one was the worst. We slept in our clothes and won’t ever be back.

While under construction, making it hard to get into and out of parking areas, the space was very clean. We also had a very good cup of coffee.

I was woke up by noise from construction and I should’ve been put in a room away from remodeling crews. Construction should have been done on separate floors from where hotel guests are staying.

Mold in my room, applied for refund and apparently refund was rescinded. This is absolutely unacceptable especially considering that our room had mold, was dirty, and falling apart. We didn’t even stay in the room and immediately checked out and requested refund upon arriving.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However the hotel was under construction with Limited parking and the handicapped parking was blocked by autos. Tv didn’t work but staff came in and changed the wiring so that we could watch. No restaurants nearby except fast food.
