"The staff were incredibly kind--especiallythe night manager! He will do anything to take care of you. The location was great because NorteShopping was a two or three minute walk away. And an Uber can get you anywhere in the city in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again next year, but I hope to get a bigger room. My only real complaint was the size of the room and the amenities. Obviously, this is not a luxury hotel, but I am used to having a mini fridge and bathroom doors...

"This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was exceptional, the facilities were fantastic, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was truly outstanding, with an incredible variety of choices unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Top-notch all the way around. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Cons 1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer. 2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...
