Perfect location for a break in Porto. Very close to Sao Bento station & the city centre. Rooms were very clean & a good size. Excellent choice of breakfast . Staff very helpful & knowledgeable . Only downside was the absence of a room safe.

The property feels well kept and it basically feels like a Boutique hotel with very sparse services. It is centrally located, intimate and the staff is lovely. The A/C works very well and the soaps etc provided are lovely .

This is by far the best hotel in our trip! Well done ! Bed was comfortable, room view was beautiful, amenities were perfect, staff were helpful and comes with breakfast!! Can’t beat that.

Loved the location...and staff was good & helpful. They have a great breakfast spread - but due to our prearranged tours that starting early, we opted for "take away" breakfast which was a bit disappointing. Rooms are nice & spacious, and comfortable...back access is easier than the front 3rd floor access - especially when traveling with luggage from train station, but we didn't know of the back access until after check in

Nice, new hotel in a great location. Close to everything and rooms are well appointed. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a balcony. Staff could be more helpful and friendly. Housekeeping missed my room one day. Noise from the halls travels into rooms which was most noticeable when housekeeping was on the floor or kids were running around. Breakfast was nice, lots of pastries and treats. Would have loved some variety and some more fruit and veg as it was the same every day.

This is a great place, most comfortable bed and pillows were great. Very pretty and clean. Friendly staff. If I ever come back to Porto I will stay here again.

Place was nice, clean, spacious for a double room, and pretty views! Manager was helpful and kind, Breakfast was pretty good too. Liked how it came with bathrobes and slippers!

I had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel is very clean, quiet and relaxing. There are very limited amenities at the hotel so it is a fantastic option if you're exploring a lot, but still looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to relax. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

The staff was so kind, helpful and outgoing. Gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for getting around Porto and the Duoro Valley. Truly genuine and went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Also, breakfast was excellent!

Liked the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast choice was great! I didn’t like how the front door of the hotel main entrance opened… we hurt our fingers several times when opening it ! There was also a bad smell at certain times of the day in the hallway, especially near the laundry/breakfast area ( looked like a sewage smell)
